As a company 50% of our work is dealing with flood and fire damage repairs, often dealing directly through insurance companies or agents acting on behalf of insurance companies. 

However, much of our work does come from dealing direct with public enquiries, whereby we will attend at a persons home to evaluate the extent of repairs making note of every possible detail, after which we prepare a detailed quotation which is sent direct to the customer for them to forward onto their insurers.

Our work includes for all repairs required, whether it be a replacement of a complete bathroom suite or a complete kitchen including all plumbing electric's etc. or just redecorating a room. We do guarantee all work our work for materials and labour and therefore request on completion of any job that a Satisfaction notice is to be completed by each client.
