We are regularly engaged in the work of refurbishing properties, mainly these are flats and houses for Estate agents and private landlords.

These properties more often than not have been or are to be rented out, and often are in need of modernization (e.g. new kitchen, bathroom, redecorating etc.).

We will endeavour to find out the clients requirements down to the finest detail, then prepare a written quotation, detailing all the work to be carried out and showing the costing room by room.
